Lunch: Salad bar, cold sandwiches, bananas, cookie,
Snack: Cheeze-its, water
Wednesday Breakfast: Yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, orange or apple juice
Lunch: Chicken or beef tacos, corn chips, cottage cheese fruit salad
Snack: Nature valley fruit and yogurt granola bar                                                              
Thursday Breakfast: Pears, yogurt, oatmeal with brown sugar, banana orange juice
Lunch: Spaghetti, salad, oranges, no bake cookies
Snack: Chocolate or vanilla pudding
Friday Breakfast: Pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, apple juice
Lunch: Pizza, salad, peaches, water or Gatorade
Snack: Granola, water
